Résumé

This paper aims to analyze possible violations of the International Conventions ratified by Brazil in the context of the International Labor Organization ("ILO"), under the technical notes stated by the Labor Public Prosecutors, considering the approval by the Government of Law 13.467 / 2017, also known as "Labor Reform". In order to deepen this analysis, subjects related to Labor Law as a Fundamental Right and "Conventionality Control" before the Judiciary will also be reported.
